Rafa’s 6th Birthday Celebration (DIY Roblox-Themed Party)
We celebrated Rafa’s 6th birthday a few weeks ago at home together with family and some friends. A few weeks before that and we asked him what he wanted for his birthday, and he said that he wanted to just celebrate it at home together with some kids from our neighborhood (similar to how we did it in the last three years). For the food, he said that he wanted “fat” Pancit noodles (actually, Pancit guisado made of thick noodles haha), spaghetti, and crispy chicken. The thick Pancit noodles and the crispy chicken are his current favorites.
We also asked him if he wanted to have a celebration at school, but he said no. So, his birthday party at home was final.

As for this birthday theme, he said that he wanted a Roblox-themed birthday party. It seemed quite popular among kids these days. Anyway, a DIY Roblox-themed birthday party at home was easy to organize. For this, we just bought the following:

We bought him his favorite chocolate cake and also organized games for the total enjoyment of the children. It was just the usual trip to Jerusalem, longest birthday greeting, stop dance, pabitin, and basagan ng palayok. It was lots of fun, with the kids enjoying the games, the prizes, and the food.

Of course, no birthday party is complete without gifts. Rafa received his favorite toys (robots and cars) from his friends and cousins.

We also bought him a Zuru Smashers Horror House, which he has been asking us to buy for him a few weeks before his party. Being a fan of horror movies and spooky toys, I actually wanted that toy also for myself haha.
After the party
All in all, it was a happy day. We were grateful to celebrate Rafa’s birthday and happy to see that the children had fun.
